Monday & Sunday

9.15 - 10.15 - Weight Circuits (1hr)

What it is: A structured, full-body resistance training class where you rotate through different stations (circuits). We focus on using weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.) to build strength and lean muscle.

Why you'll love it: It’s the most efficient way to build functional strength and improve muscle tone. The circuit structure keeps the energy high and the pace moving, meaning you get maximum results in minimum time. Plus, you’ll master technique with confidence in a supportive environment.
