
SMALL GROUP PT
If you're struggling in the gym or feeling lost in a massive fitness class, Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is your perfect solution, offering a unique blend of expert, individualised coaching and the motivating energy of a team. Unlike one-on-one sessions, which can be expensive, SGPT allows you to split the cost with a small group of just 3-8 people, giving you personalised programs tailored to your specific goals, fitness level, and any past injuries, all at a fraction of the price. Your professional coach is on the floor with you, constantly correcting your form and ensuring safe, measurable progress - you're never just copying an instructor from the back row - while the camaraderie and accountability of your small team provide the consistent motivation you need to show up, stick with it, and finally achieve lasting results.
OUR TRAINING SCHEDULE
There are 10-11 designated sessions available on the timetable each week Monday-Friday, these are all peak times and there are 2 types of membership for these sessions and both also have the added benefit of being able to use the gym in between sessions and also a standard class - please see our timetable below.
