First Floor Fitness is a dynamic, supportive fitness studio located at The Depot in Weedon Bec, Northampton. Established in May 2022, our space was founded with one clear mission: to build a fitness community where every member feels confident, encouraged, and free to be themselves.

 

Welcome to our open gym, an intimate, thoughtfully-designed fitness sanctuary. Moving beyond the crowded feel of typical gyms, we prioritise quality over quantity. The space is optimised for movement, featuring an expansive open floor perfect for functional training. Our equipment is carefully selected for performance and aesthetics, including premium free weights, high-end air bikes and rowing machines, and a full suite of functional tools like TRX and kettlebells.

Our boutique gym is located within the historic and character-filled Weedon Depot in Northamptonshire (NN7 4PS). This former Royal Ordnance Depot offers a unique, tranquil setting, far removed from the hustle of a traditional town centre. For convenience, you'll find ample, free parking situated right outside the building, making your visit hassle-free and with many local businesses to try.
