First Floor Fitness is a supportive, dynamic fitness studio established in May 2022 at The Depot in Weedon Bec.
We're committed to being a non-judgmental community space and have equipped our facility to host a wide range of specialised and group activities, including sessions that utilise equipment for Spin, Kettlebells, TRX, Boxfit, and Pole Fitness.
While we specialise in instructed training (classes, group and 1-2-1 PT), the gym's atmosphere is our greatest asset; we foster a principle of community where members connect, cheer each other on, and enjoy a positive environment reinforced by regular fitness challenges and social events!


We believe the best fitness happens when you're challenged, supported, and genuinely having fun. Our diverse range of classes is expertly curated to meet you wherever you are on your journey, whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just stepping out of your comfort zone.

Monday & Sunday
9.15 - 10.15 - Weight Circuits (1hr)
What it is: A structured, full-body resistance training class where you rotate through different stations (circuits). We focus on using weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.) to build strength and lean muscle.
